What is Health Coaching?

Before, Health Coaches primarily informed people about diet, nutrition and exercise.  Things have changed, health coaching is about so much more than food and exercising.  It’s about habit change. Most people already know what to do to be healthier, the problem is, we, as humans are creatures of habit and aren’t doing what we need to do.

 A Health Coach is a master of habit change. Healthy habits create healthy results, healthier results create happier lives. The most effective health coaches help people make naturally better choices for themselves, in health wellness, career and many other aspects of life.

My goal is to help you create a better you, a healthier you a happier you. Become comfortable with the uncomfortable.
